I have come to a profound conclusion while deburring holes in my wing.

There are lots of holes.

That is all.

Three cheers for your astonishing perception for the painful, tedious and necessary. We're all with you.

That was, in my opinion, the worst part of the whole project. Do yourself a huge favor and push through it as fast as possible, then things get much more fun when you start on the fuselage.

After the tedious labor that is the wing skins, the rest of the project flies by!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I find myself getting profane, er...profound...I meant profound....while deburring holes. Sometimes my mind actually wanders to thinking about WHY I am deburring said holes. On occasion I make...dare I confess...airplane noises.

Have I mentioned there are a LOT of holes!?

I got a super cheap B+D cordless screw driver with hex adapter. Ran on AA batteries, not even rechargable. Some Harbor Freight counter sink bits. Worked great to debur the 2000 plus holes.
